The students should arrive at ARTISANWorks no later than 5:00PM. The students will be done between 9:30 and 10:00, so they will earn a five-hour service hour credit. They should wear their school uniform pants with comfortable shoes-sneakers are OK. It is a big venue with mostly concrete floors. They can wear their BK House shirts, BK logo’d wear or their sport team jerseys. Pizza and soft drink meal, starting at 4:30 will be provided. STUDENT VOLUNTEER NEEDS FOR CARS ON PARADE Car Presenter – Students Need 40 Car presenters will be stationed at their assigned car. You will greet our guests and share information and pertinent and fun facts about your car. You will get your car information ahead of time and will have cards with bullet points to refer to as you present. Greeters – Students Need 6 Greeters will be stationed throughout the event and will direct our guests to various locations and activities in the venue. Silent Auction /People’s Choice Monitors - Students Need 4 Monitors will watch over and answer questions about the Silent Auction. Monitors will also watch over and answer questions about the People’s Choice Awards voting jars. A few monitors will also work as Live Auction Spotters. That is just a short window of time, probably around 8:30, toward the end of the presentations. Cleanup – Students Need 6 - Can have already worked another position during the event. After event clean-up. Pack up signs and BK paraphernalia and load to appropriate vehicle
